Łukasz Gawron
CEO of the Polish Cybersecurity Cluster #CyberMadeInPoland
A graduate of international relations at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, where he also completed his bachelor’s degree. For many years associated with the Kosciuszko Institute, where he was responsible for the organization of several events under the banner of CYBERSEC. He coordinated the Digital Innovation Hub project at the Kosciuszko Institute. Initially, the Vice-President of the Management Board, and from September 2021 the President of the Polish Cybersecurity Cluster #CyberMadeinPoland. In the cluster, he is responsible for business development, project supervision and determining the cluster development strategy. Member of the international network of Cyan experts. He holds a certificate in project management PRINCE2 Foundation and Agile Foundation.
Rafał Kolorz
#CyberMadeInPoland Cluster Coordinator
A graduate of International Economic Relations with a specialization in International Business Economics at the Department of Economics and International Relations of the CUE. A graduate of Innovation in Business at the College of Management and Quality Sciences of the CUE. He started his professional career at the Kosciuszko Institute at the CYBERSEC 2018 conference, then co-founded the CYBERSEC EXPO 2019 fair and organized the virtual CYBERSEC EXPO 2020 fair. Co-founder and coordinator of the Polish Cybersecurity Cluster #CyberMadeInPoland. In 2018-2020 he volunteered at TEDxKazimierz.
Karolina Wojtyczek
Project Manager #CyberMadeInPoland
A graduate of public management and social media in management at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University. In the Polish Cybersecurity Cluster, she is responsible for organizational processes related to the Cluster’s development projects. She is also associated with the Kosciuszko Institute, where since 2020 she has been participating in the organization of the CYBERSEC conference, currently also responsible for the implementation of the Cyber Trainees project. Privately, he is interested in issues in the field of international relations.
Anna Trawińska
Marketing Director
Doctor of social sciences by education (Inter-Faculty Humanities Doctoral Studies at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw) and photographer. Owner of Dots & Stories, where she works on creating communication strategies and building brands.
As he emphasizes: what connects social sciences and photography is branding and storytelling. Therefore, both academically and later professionally, she took up image creation and creating coherent and interesting stories.
Karolina Nowak
Office Manager
A graduate of applied psychology at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Her passion for office and administrative work and psychological knowledge create a unique combination that she uses in her daily work. She is aware of effective communication and empathy and their positive impact on contacts with colleagues and clients. In 2023, she took part in her first CYBERSEC FORUM/EXPO conference, where she acted as a stage coordinator, which allowed her to discover her passion for organizing events. Privately, she is passionate about crocheting.
Marietta Gieroń

While studying at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, she also graduated from the Academy of Capital Companies. She also completed the Data Protection Officer Course, as she is convinced that the implementation of the GDPR minimizes the risk of data leakage incidents, which in times of accelerated technological progress are a sensitive resource more than ever. On a daily basis, he uses knowledge of labor law, financial and economic law.
